SaaS Radar Review
7/10

A solid HRIS for French SMBs, honest about its scope. As long as you accept that payroll happens elsewhere and the interface isn't the most modern on the market.

  • Modular pricing, you only pay for the modules you activate
  • Data hosted in France, vendor operating since 2006
  • No payroll engine, you need third-party software or an accounting firm

Eurécia handles the HR admin of a French SMB without trying to do everything. Leave and absences, time tracking, expense reports, reviews, training, a digital safe: each module is sold separately, so you can start with two and add more later.

The limitation is structural, and the vendor owns it: Eurécia is not payroll software. It collects and checks the variable data, then sends it to Silae, Sage, ADP, or your accounting firm. If you want a single platform that issues payslips, look elsewhere. The Silae sync deserves a close read of the documentation: it's one-way, and an empty field on the Eurécia side wipes out the data on the Silae side.

The vendor has been based near Toulouse since 2006 and hosts its data in France, on Google Cloud. That's a real argument for an HR director who needs to justify data location. On the other side, several independent reviews find the interface dated on certain modules and the reporting basic.
