Nibelis targets SMBs and mid-market companies that want a full HRIS with payroll built in, not just HR modules bolted onto a third-party payroll engine. Payroll, time management, talent, digitization, self-service, and reporting all run on a single base, with rules fully configurable across multiple sites.
The standout feature is the support model. The subscription includes a dedicated consultant, a backup contact, and specialized payroll and DSN (déclaration sociale nominative, France's unified social security filing) teams. Legal updates and unlimited user access are included. It's as much a service model as a software one, in line with an editor whose registered business code is consulting rather than publishing.
The downside is clear. No pricing is published, no free trial is offered, and you have to go through a sales rep to get a sense of cost.
