For a small business running several job sites at once, that's what sets it apart from a generic invoicing tool.

The pricing grid is segmented by legal status: micro-entreprise, sole trader liable for VAT, then small and mid-sized businesses of 2 to 50 people, with three tiers each. It's easy to read, but four paid add-ons are listed with no public price. Human support is free and unlimited, training included, a point that comes up repeatedly in positive reviews.

Two caveats worth knowing. On e-invoicing, Obat is not a government-accredited e-invoicing platform in its own right: it relies on Iopole, registered in December 2025, and Obat's own messaging blurs the line between a dematerialization operator and an accredited platform. On data protection, nothing is documented: the privacy policy page returns an error, and the legal notice names a retail company as the host, which looks like a copy-paste mistake that was never fixed.
