SaaS Radar Review
7/10

The obvious pick for a solo tradesperson who wants clean quotes in five minutes at a clear price. Too limited once you need to manage a team across several job sites.

  • Very fast to pick up, no training needed
  • Clear, flat pricing, unlimited users
  • Scope limited to quotes and invoices

Tolteck does one thing and does it fast: putting out a clean quote from a job site, even with no signal. The library of work items and materials comes preloaded, built specifically for building trades, and supply lists import directly from Point.P, Cedeo, and La Plateforme du Bâtiment.

The pricing model is the clearest in the market: one price, no feature tiers, no per-seat billing, unlimited users. €19 excl. VAT per month billed annually, €25 per month with no commitment. The vendor claims it hasn't raised prices since 2016.

The scope is deliberately narrow, and it's worth being honest about it: no detailed job tracking, no team scheduling, no stock management, no employee time tracking, no bank sync. Once you're managing a team across several job sites at once, the tool hits its limits. On e-invoicing, Tolteck is not a government-accredited e-invoicing platform: it integrates a third-party platform that it doesn't name publicly.

  • Not a government-accredited e-invoicing platform, compliance depends on an unnamed third party
  • An occasional user pays the same price as a heavy user

Tolteck pricing

One flat price, no feature-based plans: the price depends neither on the number of users nor on document volume. The exact amount of the young business offer isn't published, only the discount rate is.

Is Tolteck compliant with e-invoicing rules?
