Combo targets one specific job: businesses whose teams work rotating shifts. Restaurants, bakeries, hotels, retail, pharmacies, gyms. Building a schedule shows real time labor cost ratios, and French collective bargaining agreements, including the HCR (the French hospitality and catering agreement), are built in natively. That's what sets it apart from a generic HR tool.
The chain runs from scheduling to payroll, with connectors to PayFit, Silae and Sigma, plus native integrations with the sector's POS systems: Lightspeed, Zelty, L'Addition, Innovorder, Menlog.
