PayFit

PayFit is an online payroll and HR management (HRIS) platform built by a French company. It automates payslip production and social declarations for small and mid-sized businesses, with pay scales and collective agreements kept automatically up to date.

What is PayFit used for?

PayFit generates payslips, produces the monthly and event-based social declaration (DSN, the French social filing), calculates URSSAF contributions and withholding tax, and manages leave and absences. It covers more than 350 French collective agreements. On higher tiers, HR modules (reviews, performance tracking, expense reports) round out the payroll features. The target: French companies up to a few hundred employees who want to run payroll in-house without deep expertise.
