IFTTT (If This Then That) is a pioneer of consumer no-code automation. It links hundreds of apps, services and connected devices via simple applets, on the principle "if this happens, then do that": for example, automatically save a photo, post to several networks or trigger a smart-home action.

IFTTT is used to automate everyday tasks without coding: connect services together, sync data, link connected devices (home, watch, voice assistants) and chain actions. Its strength is simplicity and coverage of consumer and smart-home apps, where Zapier or Make target more complex professional automations.
