Keobiz is a French online chartered accounting firm, active since 2012. It combines a management app with a dedicated chartered accountant, to take bookkeeping and tax obligations off the hands of business owners, freelancers and property investors.

What is Keobiz for?

Keobiz handles bookkeeping, the annual balance sheet, tax returns, VAT filings, payroll and social filings, plus legal secretarial work. Bank connections feed the app, and a dedicated accountant follows the file. Company formation is often included when you sign up. Two ranges exist: one for companies (SASU, SAS, EURL, SARL), one for real estate (SCI, LMNP).

Keobiz vs Pennylane and Indy?

The difference is the model. Pennylane and Indy are primarily software; Keobiz sells a full accounting firm, with a human chartered accountant who prepares and signs the accounts.
