SaaS Radar Review
6/10

A serious, well-connected cash flow tool built for structured finance teams. Not being able to find the price without talking to sales remains a real barrier to evaluating it.

  • Bank consolidation and cash flow forecasting across multiple time horizons
  • Covers treasury, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payments in one tool
  • Total pricing opacity, no amount published

Agicap targets finance teams managing cash flow across multiple bank accounts, multiple entities, and sometimes multiple currencies. Bank consolidation feeds a forecast across several time horizons, with scenarios and forecast-versus-actual comparison. The product later absorbed accounts receivable and accounts payable, then payments and e-invoicing.

Connectivity is the real strength: French, European, British, and US banks through PSD2-compliant aggregators, plus native connectors to major ERPs, SAP S/4 HANA, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Sage X3, Odoo. Hosting is European, on Google Cloud in Belgium, with ISO 27001 certification obtained in 2024.

The weak point is pricing opacity, and it's total. The official pricing page shows nothing but a list of modules and a button to request a quote. No amount is published, anywhere. The figures circulating on comparison sites contradict each other and can't be sourced back to the vendor, so we don't repeat them. Several converging sources also point to a twelve-month commitment.

Pros & Cons

What we love
  • Bank consolidation and cash flow forecasting across multiple time horizons
  • Covers treasury, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payments in one tool
  • Extensive bank and ERP connectivity, including major ERPs

What could be better
  • Total pricing opacity, no amount published

  • Pricing seen as high for a small company
  • Users report having to frequently re-authorize bank connections
  • A scope that's expanding fast, which makes it harder to compare against competitors

What goes through a quote: the price of each module, the number of users, entities, and bank connections, and the commitment length. The amounts relayed by comparison sites contradict each other and never come from the vendor.

Frequently asked questions about Agicap

How much does Agicap cost?
The vendor publishes no pricing. The official pricing page shows a list of modules and a button to request a custom quote. Figures circulating on comparison sites, ranging from €99 to €799 per month, come from third-party sources that contradict each other and are confirmed nowhere by Agicap.
Is there a commitment period?
Several comparison sites consistently report a twelve-month commitment. The vendor doesn't publicly document the commitment length, it's part of the quote.
Where is the data hosted?
On European servers, in Google Cloud data centers located in Belgium. The vendor documents ISO 27001 certification obtained in 2024, TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest, and bank access through PSD2-compliant aggregators.
Does Agicap replace accounting software?
No. Agicap manages cash flow and connects to your accounting system or ERP, it doesn't keep the books. For accounting itself, you need a dedicated tool.
