A serious French management tool for freelancers and very small teams. It brings quotes, invoices, CRM, projects, cash flow, and e-invoicing into one readable price, with accountant access included, which is not that common. French hosting and local roots are reassuring. The reservations are clear: the vendor is a young company, founded in 2023, with little public track record, and the tool replaces neither accounting software nor a chartered accountant. The Freelance plan is enough for many, but automations and priority support are paid for from the TPE plan up. Worth trying during the free 30 days, checking that the export to your accountant suits their software.

Newbi is invoicing and management software published by Sweily, a Paris-based company. It is aimed at freelancers, very small businesses, and small structures that want to issue quotes and invoices, follow their clients, and keep an eye on cash flow in a single tool, without stacking subscriptions.

What does Newbi actually do?

You create quotes, turn them into invoices, chase unpaid ones, and send documents in the Factur-X e-invoicing format, included in every plan. The CRM holds the client file and the product catalog. Project management runs on Kanban boards, the bank connection matches transactions, and a photo scan (OCR) files receipts. The vendor also offers large file transfers and email signatures, which saves paying for separate small tools. Google, Outlook, or Apple calendars connect to the workspace, and the higher plans add automations and electronic signature of quotes.

Three plans, all shown incl. VAT. Freelance costs €17.99 per month, or €16.19 when paid annually. TPE rises to €48.99 per month (up to 10 users) and Entreprise to €94.99 (up to 25).
