SaaS Radar Review
7/10

The best features-to-price ratio on the market and the most open free plan, at the cost of an ageing interface and slower support than the leaders.

  • Cheapest in its category at comparable feature depth
  • Permanent free plan with no LinkedIn exclusion
  • Dated interface, more clicks than competitors

Publer is a social media scheduling tool built by Kalemi Code, a company based in Tirana, Albania. It is the cheapest in its category at comparable feature depth, without being a budget product.

What Publer covers

Twelve networks, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and WordPress. It handles automatic recycling, recurring schedules, per-network content variations and bulk CSV import. On paper the feature coverage rivals tools three to five times the price.

The best free plan on the market alongside Metricool

Unlike Later or SocialBee, which offer only a trial, Publer has a permanent free plan. Unlike Metricool, it does not exclude LinkedIn from that free tier, which makes it the best starting point for a B2B business with no budget.

The limits worth knowing

The interface shows its age in places and takes more clicks than Buffer. Support responds more slowly than at the market leaders, which matters for business-critical use. Billing is per connected network: unbeatable on one or two accounts, notably less remarkable once you run ten.

How much does Publer cost?

The free plan is permanent. Professional costs €3.43 per network per month billed annually, or €4.29 monthly, with a 7-day trial. Business costs €6.86 per network per month billed annually, or €8.58 monthly, with a 14-day trial. Five networks on Professional therefore works out at roughly €17 a month. The full comparison is in our guide to the best social media tool.
