Sellsy is a French management suite that brings CRM, invoicing, and cash flow tracking together in one place. Based in La Rochelle, it targets French SMBs and small businesses that want to run sales and admin work without juggling several tools.

What is Sellsy used for?

The CRM module handles contacts, pipeline, and opportunities. The Invoicing module produces quotes and invoices that comply with French regulations, with automatic reminders and payment tracking. The cash flow module gives a clear view of what's been collected and what's forecast. Everything shares the same customer data, so a signed quote becomes an invoice, then a tracked payment, with no re-entry. Sellsy is also an approved platform for the e-invoicing mandate now rolling out across France.

Sellsy or Pipedrive and Axonaut?

Compared to Pipedrive, a pure CRM, Sellsy adds full invoicing and commercial accounting. Compared to Axonaut, a French competitor aimed more at very small businesses, Sellsy targets slightly larger companies with a broader suite. A prospecting team on its own is better served by something lighter, like noCRM.io.

What are Sellsy's limitations?

Per-user pricing, with a minimum of two licenses and a mandatory annual commitment, adds up fast as a team grows. The suite's breadth also means a longer onboarding curve than a single-purpose tool.
