8/10

A visual, flexible, pleasant-to-use CRM, excellent for teams already on monday, whose block-based seat billing weighs on smaller structures.

  • Visual, highly customizable interface
  • Natural bridge to monday.com project management
  • Billed in blocks of seats (minimum 3)

monday CRM is the CRM offshoot of the monday.com platform. It carries over the visual, colorful interface that made the work management tool a hit, this time applied to sales: pipelines, contacts, and deals get handled like living boards.

What is monday CRM used for?

You build fully customizable sales pipelines, track contacts and opportunities, and automate repetitive tasks (follow-ups, status changes, notifications). Multiple views (kanban, table, calendar) give instant visibility into activity, and the higher plans add email sequences, analytics, and forecasting. monday's real strength is flexibility: you shape the CRM around your process instead of the other way around, with no code required.

monday CRM or Pipedrive and HubSpot?

Compared to Pipedrive, a pure, straightforward sales CRM, monday CRM offers more visual customization and bridges into project management through monday.com. Compared to HubSpot, very complete on the marketing side, it's lighter and more flexible. For a team already on monday, the continuity is a real asset; a pure sales team may sometimes find fewer native features than in Salesforce.

What are monday CRM's limitations?

Billing runs per seat, in blocks (minimum 3, then multiples of 5), which inflates the real cost for small teams. There's no free plan dedicated to the CRM, and the feature depth of the entry plans stays modest.
